Abstract Impacted penile urethral stone is a rare condition. These can form as a result of urethral strictures, meatal stenosis, urethral diverticulum, and migration of stones in the urinary tract. We report the case of an unusually giant penile urethral stone in a 56-year-old gentleman. The patient underwent urethrolithotomy surgery, and a large stone was removed. Stones in the lower urinary passage bladder and urethra can assume giant size without many symptoms. An unusually large penile urethral stone that must have been there for several years with not much symptoms is reported. |
