520 | |a Abstract Planning historical blocks is an important link in improving the urban history and cultural protection planning system and maintaining urban diversity. There is an important correlation between urban space and points of interest (POI) in the city. With the help of POI big data, the kernel density estimation method and buffer analysis in space syntax and geographic information system (ArcGIS) are used. We established a method of surveying the status quo of historic districts, preparing protection planning, and managing daily protection disputes based on e-scoop technology, which can improve the level of protection and planning of historic districts, enhance the scientific nature of planning, and contribute to the protection of historic districts while giving the management to provide a technical support platform. At the same time, according to the influencing factors of the comprehensive evaluation of the building protection value of the historic block, the comprehensive evaluation index of the current building protection value is established. Based on the establishment of the instructions, the on-site investigation of the historic block building expressed the indexed database. Thematic mapping of each indicator and thematic analysis with the combination of the Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process is used to determine the weight of each indicator. This article has a certain reference to the detailed regulatory planning of Chinese urban blocks. The method changes the artificiality and uncertainty of evaluating the protection value of historical blocks in the past. | ||

There is an important correlation between urban space and points of interest (POI) in the city. With the help of POI big data, the kernel density estimation method and buffer analysis in space syntax and geographic information system (ArcGIS) are used. We established a method of surveying the status quo of historic districts, preparing protection planning, and managing daily protection disputes based on e-scoop technology, which can improve the level of protection and planning of historic districts, enhance the scientific nature of planning, and contribute to the protection of historic districts while giving the management to provide a technical support platform. At the same time, according to the influencing factors of the comprehensive evaluation of the building protection value of the historic block, the comprehensive evaluation index of the current building protection value is established. Based on the establishment of the instructions, the on-site investigation of the historic block building expressed the indexed database. Thematic mapping of each indicator and thematic analysis with the combination of the Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process is used to determine the weight of each indicator. This article has a certain reference to the detailed regulatory planning of Chinese urban blocks. The method changes the artificiality and uncertainty of evaluating the protection value of historical blocks in the past. Abstract Planning historical blocks is an important link in improving the urban history and cultural protection planning system and maintaining urban diversity. There is an important correlation between urban space and points of interest (POI) in the city. With the help of POI big data, the kernel density estimation method and buffer analysis in space syntax and geographic information system (ArcGIS) are used. We established a method of surveying the status quo of historic districts, preparing protection planning, and managing daily protection disputes based on e-scoop technology, which can improve the level of protection and planning of historic districts, enhance the scientific nature of planning, and contribute to the protection of historic districts while giving the management to provide a technical support platform. At the same time, according to the influencing factors of the comprehensive evaluation of the building protection value of the historic block, the comprehensive evaluation index of the current building protection value is established. Based on the establishment of the instructions, the on-site investigation of the historic block building expressed the indexed database. Thematic mapping of each indicator and thematic analysis with the combination of the Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process is used to determine the weight of each indicator. This article has a certain reference to the detailed regulatory planning of Chinese urban blocks. The method changes the artificiality and uncertainty of evaluating the protection value of historical blocks in the past. © Saudi Society for Geosciences 2021 |

We established a method of surveying the status quo of historic districts, preparing protection planning, and managing daily protection disputes based on e-scoop technology, which can improve the level of protection and planning of historic districts, enhance the scientific nature of planning, and contribute to the protection of historic districts while giving the management to provide a technical support platform. At the same time, according to the influencing factors of the comprehensive evaluation of the building protection value of the historic block, the comprehensive evaluation index of the current building protection value is established. Based on the establishment of the instructions, the on-site investigation of the historic block building expressed the indexed database. Thematic mapping of each indicator and thematic analysis with the combination of the Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process is used to determine the weight of each indicator. This article has a certain reference to the detailed regulatory planning of Chinese urban blocks.
