Thus, screen-printed carbon electrodes were used in conjunction with optimized square-wave voltammetry to develop a procedure capable of monitoring acetaminophen levels in urine and struvite used as organic fertilizer, ensuring safer products for agricultural application. The study with different electrolytes in a wide pH range (1 to 12) and the proposed procedure presented a limit of detection of 0.06 µmol $ L^{−1} $. The method demonstrates a good selectivity for determining paracetamol, compared to the studied interferents. Furthermore, recovery tests on different samples showed values between 92 and 106%. These results demonstrate the possibility of applying the proposed procedure in a practical and fast way, and with the possibility of on-site application. | ||

Thus, screen-printed carbon electrodes were used in conjunction with optimized square-wave voltammetry to develop a procedure capable of monitoring acetaminophen levels in urine and struvite used as organic fertilizer, ensuring safer products for agricultural application. The study with different electrolytes in a wide pH range (1 to 12) and the proposed procedure presented a limit of detection of 0.06 µmol $ L^{−1} $. The method demonstrates a good selectivity for determining paracetamol, compared to the studied interferents. Furthermore, recovery tests on different samples showed values between 92 and 106%. These results demonstrate the possibility of applying the proposed procedure in a practical and fast way, and with the possibility of on-site application. Thus, screen-printed carbon electrodes were used in conjunction with optimized square-wave voltammetry to develop a procedure capable of monitoring acetaminophen levels in urine and struvite used as organic fertilizer, ensuring safer products for agricultural application. The study with different electrolytes in a wide pH range (1 to 12) and the proposed procedure presented a limit of detection of 0.06 µmol $ L^{−1} $. The method demonstrates a good selectivity for determining paracetamol, compared to the studied interferents. Furthermore, recovery tests on different samples showed values between 92 and 106%. The study with different electrolytes in a wide pH range (1 to 12) and the proposed procedure presented a limit of detection of 0.06 µmol $ L^{−1} $. The method demonstrates a good selectivity for determining paracetamol, compared to the studied interferents. Furthermore, recovery tests on different samples showed values between 92 and 106%.
