Photoconductive Semiconductor Switch Behavior in Multifilament Mode Under 532 nm Laser Irradiation

The paper focuses on the photoconductive semiconductor switch (PCSS) triggered by the laser diode. The pulse edge of the output voltage of about 760 picoseconds generates nanosecond pulsed laser irradiation (λ = 532 nm) with periodic light distribution.
